CBC Global Conference 2026

Team GSD Hawaii traveled to Kansas City for the Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference this past March. Surrounded by top producers from the Coldwell Banker Commercial brokerage from across the nation, we had the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and build relationships that extend far beyond the few days we spent together.

One of the most meaningful highlights of the trip was the recognition of Principal Broker Jordan Panina Chow and team agent Andriana Honda with the Mentor & Protégé Award. This honor goes beyond a milestone achievement—it reflects the strength of their mentorship, the value of shared knowledge, and a deep commitment to continuous growth within the team. Jordan also achieved the Silver Distinction Award, an award given to the top producers of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty.

Throughout the conference, we gained insights from industry-leading speakers, engaged in thoughtful conversations, and explored new strategies and tools that are shaping the future of commercial real estate. These experiences not only broadened our perspective but also reinforced the importance of staying adaptable and forward-thinking in an ever-evolving market.

Bringing this knowledge back home to Hawaiʻi is what allows us to maintain a competitive edge as commercial real estate brokers. By continuously learning, evolving, and refining our approach, we’re able to better serve our clients and deliver results at the highest level in commercial real estate sales and leasing.
